I do not have time to exercise regulary, but I am not adamant all day either.
First of all..you don’t need to be skinny to be sexy, it’s an attitude thing, take time for yourself and don’t kill your self esteem thinking because of the weight you can’t be sexy…take a day at a time, after kids are in bed, get in the bathtub, put some nice oils, get a bottle of champagne and get your husby to join you, be sexy and then….start taking care of what you eat , sacrifice a little bit the pizza and the fries, I hate vegetables!! but then I drink a lot of water all day, walk at least 10 min every night……not much,I’m still over my normal weight but I feel sexy!!
